Dennis Brownの過去を語る時にJoe Gibbesの存在は欠かせませんがObserver音源も抜かす事はできなない。Rootsファンからは絶大は人気を得ているNiney The Observerに残したKiller Rootsな名曲を２０曲収録！同レーベルの看板タイトルWestbound Trainから始まりCassandra, Tenement Yard, Whip Them Jah , Give A Helping Hand,などの強力チューンが収めれている。そして目玉としてHere I ComeとWold And Lepardsのオリジナルテイクでの１２インチDisco仕様のテイクを収録！ファンには見逃せないアイテムだ。DubテイクやVerisonが付いてないのは残念だがWestbound Train, Tenement YardにはDJとのコンビネーションテイクも収録されているのが嬉しい。以前に10インチでリリースされている曲も多いが現時点でここまでまとまったObserve音源はこれしかない。Dennis Brownの魅力を最大限に引き出したObserverの偉業を再確認できる最高アイテム！
