- 79年に当時Trojanに在籍していたDave Hendlly氏がコンパイルしたものをベースに再度Hendlly氏が監修した物。Stive Barrow氏の影に隠れがちだがUKではJamaican Musicのエクスパートである事は（写真家としても）有名。選曲した当時「レゲエが反逆音楽であり続ける為」また、これらの音源が「他のジャンルに最も影響与える音楽」なんて事を念頭において厳選されたとの事。超有名曲から今となっては、７inでの入手が難しいレア曲となった物までギッシリ24曲で１曲ごとデータ＆コメントが着いてるのもうれしい。聞き終わると20年以上前に行われた事が正しかった事だと納得せざるおえない。これからも引き続き語り継がれる音源である事は、間違いない。
