- ここのところクラシック音源の発掘に余念のないVP RecodsからなんとFederal Recorcdsの音源をコンパイルしたアルバムがリリース！ 1964年にスタートし、レーベル終盤の82年頃までの音源を40曲収録。Maytalsの軽快なSkaから幕開けし、Lyn Taitt-Napoleon Solo、Bob Andy/Games People Playなどの有名曲、Techniques, Gaylettes,John Holt, Boris Gardiner, Marcia GriffithｓにJohnny Nashまでも収録。Wayne Wade/Ladyは80年代に入ってからの曲ですが90年代〜2000年代前半は7インチも高値で取引されていた名曲。Ska, Rocksteady〜Reggeaまで心地よく聞ける好内容！お薦めですのCD2枚組！
