1992年それまで全盛だったバッドマントーク、スラックネス全開のレゲエダンスホールシーンに彗星のごとく現れれ一機にコンシャスな道を切り開いたカリスマラスタシンガーGarnet Silkの集大成ベストアルバム。Splashing Dashing ,lord Watch Over Our Shoulders ,kingly Character ,every Knee Shall Bow Feat. Jah Jah Is The Ruler ,mama ,hello Africaなどなど、ポジティブバイブ全開の大ヒット曲が目白押し、今ではこのシンガーの名を知らない若いファンも多くなったが９０年代以降、もっとも影響力があるだった事実は変わらない。残されたメッセージは永遠です。
